IVAN BERRY

Ivan Berry is a music industry icon for over 40 years.
Berry is a winner and he works with winners. The artists he’s
worked with have sold millions of records worldwide and Berry
have collected countless industry honours, including two Lifetime
Achievement Awards, one Hall of Fame induction, numerous
JUNO awards (Canada’s Grammy equivalent), SOCAN Awards,
Much Music Video Awards, Canadian Urban Music Awards, A
Bob Marley Award, Music, Arts & Entertainment Award from the
St. Kitts Canadian Association and a large number of certified
Gold & Platinum plaques.

Throughout his career as an entrepreneur, artist manager,
record label owner, talent development executive, major label
executive, music publisher, lecturer and teacher, Berry has
been a trailblazer, and a model of consistency and success.
Through his current “all rights” brand management company
dubbed 360Artistry, Berry is currently focused on the management of Anguilla’s own and X
Factor UK contestant, Deanna. Berry also manages successful Canadian songwriter Rupert
Gayle. 360Artistry also manages the International business of Artistry Worldwide, a LA
corporation that was founded and headed by music industry icon Max Gousse, who manages
recording artists Saweetie, V. Bozeman and many others.
Many of today’s top Canadian urban music industry executives, major label representatives and
artist managers will tell you that their first job was with Berry and he taught them what they
know about the music business. Berry has also been an instructor at well-respected postsecondary
music institutions including Harris Institute of the Arts and Durham College, and is in
high-demand as a guest speaker/lecturer at various corporate/government events and industry
conferences around the world.

As Head of A&R and International for Sony BMG Canada from 2000-2004, Berry was
responsible for the development, recording and international marketing of Sony BMG Canada’s
domestic roster. Berry was also the Head of International, Senior Partner and Shareholder of
ole, one of the World’s largest music publishing company who currently publishes Timbaland,
among their thousands of songwriters. Berry was also founder and CEO of C2W Music, which
was publicly traded on the Jamaican Stock Exchange and is the first of it’s kind in the
Caribbean.

Berry is also the founder of two lounges/bars/restaurants on the beautiful Caribbean Island of
Anguilla. LIT Lounge, the top beach entertainment lounge and Aqua Lounge, a floating lounge
in the middle of the Ocean.
